Solution:
This is because the wincp tool is used by common users. This problem occurs when a serious user password is reached during connection. "The system prompts that my connection is accidentally closed, the server sends an exit command"
Because it is related to the password and thought of the passwd file under linux/etc, ll-h looked at it and found that the permission is 700, so I thought whether the user has no permission to access this file and the password verification fails. I changed the permission to 744,
Chmod 644/etc/passwd
Then you can log on again...
