We chose Shanghai for installation, while centos5 considers the bios time as utc time, so we will receive an additional 8 hours. At this time, the bios time is inconsistent with the software time. One represents utc and the other represents the cst (+ 8 Time Zone) we set ).
Our adjustments are as follows:

1. vi/etc/sysconfig/clock
ZONE = "Asia/Shanghai"
UTC = false (this option is used to set the hardware clock to be different from utc)
ARC = false

2. Set the linux time zone to Shanghai.
Ln-sf/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai/etc/localtime

3. Aligning time
Ntpdate 192.43.244.18

4. Set and calibrate the hardware time and software time.
/Sbin/hwclock -- systohc

In this way, our linux software and computer hardware are both cst time-and we set the Shanghai time zone.
