I met a lot of friends or relatives and netizens who asked me to borrow a system to install the CD and reinstall the system as soon as my computer encountered a problem, but the question that followed came along, here are some notes for installing the system:
1. Video Card Driver: after the video card driver is installed, the display flushing rate is not adjusted, making the display work at the default flushing rate of 60Hz. Prolonged use may make people dizzy, their eyes sour, and their eyesight drop. So, please do not forget to adjust the new display rate after installing the video card driver, generally, the 15-inch CRT is adjusted to 800x600 75 ~ 85Hz, 17-inch CRT is 1024x768 75 ~ 85Hz, when the display is adjusted to more than 75Hz, the eyes almost do not notice that the display is flashing. However, do not adjust the display update rate to a value greater than Hz. If your display performance is normal, it is easy to burn the display tube. Therefore, we recommend that you install the monitor driver. For an LCD display, do not exceed 75Hz. Because the LCD and CRT have different imaging modes, the CRT does not refresh the screen to make the display look like, as long as the LCD light-emitting particles are changed, the screen on the display will be moved up. Therefore, the update rate has no effect on the LCD display and will not cause fatigue.
2. Sound Card drive: many computers now use ac97 standard integrated sound card. However, some motherboard drivers are not enough, and you need to manually install the sound card driver. Many of my friends cannot tell which one to install on the CD. You can right-click my computer-properties-hardware-Device Manager-sound, video, and game devices, select Update driver-from the list or the specified range. The selected range is optical drive: Specify the dirver-sound folder on the disc, this is higher than the success rate and correctness of the automatic search driver installation.
3. check whether all the hardware drivers on the computer are installed or whether they are correctly installed. You can right-click my computer-properties-hardware-Device Manager, check whether all the computer hardware is installed in place. If there is a problem with the device, there will be a yellow question mark or exclamation point in front of the device.
4. Do not connect your computer to the network immediately after the operating system and hardware driver are installed! !, Fttb is recommended when you reinstall the system! Because fttb can automatically connect the computer to the network without the need to use dial-up software, this will cause the newly installed system to be infected with the virus again! In this way, the reinstallation of the system will be abandoned! Therefore, after you reinstall the operating system, install the firewall and anti-virus software first, and then connect the computer to the network. Once the computer is connected to the network, immediately upgrade the firewall and anti-virus software, download the latest virus database file to protect your newly installed operating system. For XP and 2000 users, do not open the IE browser when anti-virus software is not upgraded. This will infect the two viruses: shock wave and shock wave, of course you don't want the annoying system to automatically shut down the countdown when the computer is installed with the system ~ Haha ~
5. If the system is infected with viruses, it is best not to format the C drive only, because the virus may also exist in other partitions of the hard drive. If so, you only format the C drive and install the operating system by pressing, the new system in drive C is likely to be infected by viruses in other partitions of the hard disk, causing the system to crash again (I have encountered this problem before -_-#). Therefore, if you are unsure about the virus in your computer, it is best to format it in full to ensure the security of the new installation system. Of course, this is my personal opinion and cannot be more than ten thousand, this will not happen, because there will be some "important" files in your computer ~ Easy to get rid of it makes people feel bad :)
I am engaged in it work, and computer maintenance is also part of my work. Next I will introduce how I install the popular XP operating system and provide it for you to take a test:
1. computer boot, see the prompt to enter the computer according to Del CMOS settings, according to the motherboard BIOS, General choose to enter advanced CMOS features, and then choose the first boot dirver, set to CD-ROM, then Press ESC to exit and select Save & Exit saving to save the COMs settings. The purpose of this operation is to enable the computer from the optical drive. If it is Intel's original motherboard, set the boot sequence to CD-Rom, C, F.
2. install XP on the C drive as prompted
3. install various drivers for computer hardwareProgramRight-click my computer-properties-system restore, and disable it, which wastes hard disk space and system resources. If you are installing the SP1 XP system, if you are not sure to upgrade SP1 to SP2, it is best to disable automatic system updates, otherwise there will be trouble to activate the system
4. adjust the resolution and update rate of the display. If the computer uses a NVIDIA graphics card, go to the NVIDIA graphics card driver's video card settings and disable vertical synchronization. In this way, when playing a game, if your computer performance is good enough, the graphics card driver will not limit your game detection count, as well as the overclocking refresh rate. You can set the resolution rate based on the individual's scoring rate, and select 75 ~ The update rate of 85hz will not change to 60Hz when you enter the full screen game.
5. iesettings. Go to the Internet option, select Settings, and pull the disk space to 1 MB, because many computers now use broadband to connect to the network, and the web page is automatically updated each time, therefore, you do not need more space to save the old webpage.
6. Install Common Software
7. Upgrade anti-virus software, enable IE, and check whether the Internet connection is normal.
8. After all the software is installed correctly, make a ghost file on the C disk and save it in the last hard disk partition. If the system crashes, you only need to use the ghost to restore the C disk.
As mentioned above, reinstalling the system is not so simple and not so easy. I hope that the information I have written will be helpful to my friends who have prepared to reinstall the system, if there are any errors in this article, please give us some advice and learn from each other.
