Troubleshoot problems with Word 2007 not making catalogs for documents

When using Word2007, we may encounter situations where a catalog cannot be successfully created because the document does not have a proper rating. Let's take a look at how to set up the article grading to lay the groundwork for the catalog production.

(1) Click the Outline View button to switch to outline view mode.

(2) Select the title text, and then select the level of the heading in the outline tools area according to the actual situation. In general, the hierarchy is from high to low, the chapter headings are the first level, the section headings are level 2nd, the section headings are section 3rd, and so on.
