Ubuntu and derivative users install the audio/video Conversion Tool Transmageddon1.0

Transmageddon is an open-source tool for converting audio and video files based on GStreamer. The latest available version is Transmageddon1.0, which supports two DVD video formats and Google VP9 compression formats. PPA installation. Open the terminal and enter the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: nilarimogard/webupd8
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install transmageddon

To record a DVD, run the following plug-in to install it:

Sudo apt-get install lsdvd libdvdread4 gstreamer1.0-plugins-uugly
Sudo/usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh

Uninstall software:

Sudo apt-get remove transmageddon
