But now, founder Mark Shuttleworth has announced the closure of the bug on the grounds that Microsoft has a small share in the tablet, smartphone, and wearable computing fields, microsoft's market share is no longer an absolute majority. Shuttleworth pointed out that it is time to move forward to find a new target. Android may not be your preferred Linux system, however, as an open-source platform, Ubuntu has brought practical and economic benefits to users and the industry. The Linux-based derivative version of Ubuntu quickly became the most eye-catching star product in the Linux camp under the leadership of Canonical.
