After upgrading Ubuntu today, I found that Ubuntu is running in Low-graphics mode when it is restarted. Since it is related to the image, I guess it is a problem with the video card. After reading the desktop shortcut menu, the special effects cannot be started, and the driver cannot be found, it should be a driver problem. My solution is to delete the previous Driver (My ATI sudoaptitudeinstallfglrx-amdcccle ).
