Ubuntu7.10 is not as good as you think-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. The first time I upgraded from 7.04 to 7.10 using a CD, there is no problem in general use, but there will be some changes caused by configuration changes. However, when I solved the scim cursor follow problem, I used the fcitx input method and modified a lot of Firefox parameters. As a result, Firefox was broken and NLE was not started after being re-installed, then I re-used scim. As a result, I lost my mind and pinyin, and I didn't have intelligent pinyin in the input method in the software repository. I was so angry that I had to reinstall Ubuntu.

It has been nearly a month since it was used, and it seems that it is far less stable than 7.04. It has crashed many times and has been painted many times. I do not know the reason, and I have never encountered such problems in 7.04.

We are looking forward to 8.04. This is a long-term supported version, and I believe it will not be disappointing.
