Update System:

Sudo apt-get update

The Scim PinYin Input Method disappears after a power-down restart. It is estimated that the Custom font of the Pinyin input method is damaged when the power-down occurs. All solutions are simple, you can delete the Custom font library:

Rm-r ~ /. Scim/pinyin

Restart scim and the Pinyin input method will be back. If five input methods or other input methods are lost, you only need to delete them ~ /. The user-defined font of the corresponding directory under the scim directory.
