If bitdefender2010 is used for anti-virus and 360 is used for anti-virus, it does not play a major role. It is useless to reset the switch. Later, the problem was solved in the simplest way. On the tplink management webpage, the Mac and IP addresses were bound, so that ARP attacks would not occur again, no problems have been found on the Internet.
