Then add a directory via the Web page and login to your account from the webpage, new repository:

After adding it, you can edit your code from the desktop GitHub upload, the main interface of the tool:

Click Clone to clone your newly created directory, and the directory after that is your project directory.

Put the code in the directory, the left column to switch, you see something has been modified, and then enter the content of the submission,

Commit to Master commits to master

Don't forget, publish can see it on GitHub.
