Update the Catalog in Word2003

If the content of the Word2003 document is later modified and the number of pages in the Word document changes, you can get the updated directory by using the Update field action. Select the table of contents in the Word document and right-click, and click Update Field on the shortcut menu. Select the update page number only radio box in the Open Update Catalog dialog box, and then click OK to update the Word catalog based on the new page number, as shown in Figure 2008071224.
