Upgrade the Android SDK using the command line method

Why use the command line? Because the Google site is difficult to access domestic, with the Android SDK manager download is very troublesome. But I have a server in the United States, with the command line can upgrade the SDK, and then copy down.

1. Installing Java

Ubuntu 13.10 Installation Oralce JDK

2. Download the Android SDK

After extracting, go to the directory of tools directory and execute:

Well, now choose the installation you want.

In this case, you may encounter ADB cannot find a file error, install the following two packages:

Apt-get Install Lib32stdc++6apt-get Install LIB32Z1

Can be installed, with the following command:

./android Update SDK--no-ui--filter 2

can also not add--filter parameters, all download, I ran two times, get the total size of 6.3GB directory.

Then copy it to your computer.
