Use ASP to create a website

I have never done anything with ASP. This is to modify an existing website, which was previously made with ASP. Due to the tight schedule, I did not use other languages. After a while, I was busy, I finally put it on the Internet.
Some functions are still not completed, some are completed, but the functions are not very complete.
Not completed:
1. Foreign Exchange Trading knowledge. 2. Legal compliance. 3. Recruitment Information
Incomplete:
1. message board. 2. Modify personal information. 3. footer
