Preparation

No WebDAV is provided in iis7.0. You can download and install it through the following link, and the last two are patches.

Install

Install the downloaded installation package based on your computer system, for example:

Install WebDAV

Install smooth streaming

Set and use

After installing WebDAV, open "Internet Information Service (IIS) manager" and create a new web site testencoder, pointing to the D: // testencoder directory. Click the new site. The "WebDAV authoring rules" option is displayed on the functional area, as shown in figure

Double-click the [WebDAV authoring rules] item. The operation interface on the right is as follows:

First click Disable WebDAV to enable WebDAV, and then click Add authoring rule... Add Rules for reference only. The specific settings are based on the actual application.

Click WebDAV settings to set the settings as follows:

Click "application" after setting.

So far, WebDAV has been installed, but some settings must be made for the site testencoder:

A. Click site testencoder. In the intermediate function section, double-click "authentication" and enable "Windows Authentication ".

B. Click site testencoder. In the intermediate function section, double-click "directory browsing" and enable directory browsing.

Now you can complete the release process.

1. open expression encoder3 and create a new job named testwebdav. In the media content area, click "import" to select a local media file.

2. on the "encoding" Panel, select "IIS smooth streaming" as the output format ".

 

3. On the "output" Panel, select any template. This template is the style template of the silvelight player. After the template is selected, a preview video with the effect is displayed below.

4. Expand the "publish" node in the "output" Panel and set the node as follows:

5. On the "media content" Panel, click "encoding". encode the media file. After the encoding is complete, the file is directly published to the testencoder website you created. You can directly access http: // 192.168.1.160: 8080/testwendav/default.html.
