To realize this, the user renames cmd.exe as Utilman.exe-a program that can assign user access permissions, whether restricted or not. The attack exploits the fact that the Utility Manager program can be called before a user logs on to the system. The obtained system-level access permission is higher than the Administrator's access permission. Users who have discovered this security vulnerability claim that XP, 2000, 2003, and NT will not be attacked. It is only valid for Windows Vista.
