Sudo aptitude install smartmontools

Then, you need to configure it. First, you need to edit/etc/default/smartmontools:

Remove the comments before start_smartd = yes, and then set the device you want to detect in enable_smart.

Then edit the/etc/smartd. conf file:

Comment out the DEVICESCAN line and add the parameters you want to detect.

For example, my monitoring:

Then restart the service:
