Use Word to standardize forum posting format

We clearly, forum posts on the left side of the post and the sender of the nickname, Avatar, identity and other information, the right side of the display is the content of the post. At the standard 1024x768 resolution, posts can display up to 79 English characters (about 39 characters) per line. Although the article, the Forum will automatically segmented, but sometimes the content will be confused. Therefore, it is recommended to use Word before the post for automatic branch length of the larger post article.

Step 1: Open Word, paste the post content into the edit box, click the menu "file → page settings", open the Page Setup window.

Step 2: In the Settings window click the Document Grid tab, first in the Network section, select Specify line and character grid, you can then specify the number of characters per line in the immediately "per-row" text box, fill in any number less than 35~39 (Figure 1), and click OK to return to the Word window.

Step 3: Click on the menu "file → Save as", in the pop-up dialog box, select the "Save Type" list box as "plain text" format. When you click the "Save" button, the "Insert line break" checkbox is selected to complete the operation (Figure 2) When the File conversion window pops up.

Step 4: Open the browser, in the Forum to play the development of new posts in the page, will just save the text content pasted into the forum post on the OK.
