Use WPS2007 to make a version of the note and underline

At the end of the official document there is a column called "version of the record" content. According to the different fields, the "book" section of the official document is not the same, but one thing is consistent, that is, the version of the note to have a line across the page (Figure 1)

The key question here is how to draw the horizontal lines below each line of text. There are a lot of ways, the following one by one.

(i) Underline method

Adding the Underline button on the Formatting toolbar is the easiest way to do it, but the effect is not good. One is that there is no text, there will be no horizontal line, to allow horizontal lines throughout the page must be filled with a blank space; the second is the distance between the thread and the text is too close, almost the text, looks not beautiful enough.

(ii) "Painting" Horizontal line method

On the Drawing toolbar, select the Line tool, press SHIFT, and then "Row" a line on the page with your mouse. The advantage is that the operation is simpler and eliminates the need to add extra spaces. But there are also deficiencies: in multiple lines of text under the "Stroke" line, multiple horizontal lines may vary in length, of course, this problem can be copied and pasted to better solve; another problem is that the spacing between multiple horizontal lines is not so good that it takes some time and effort to adjust the spacing of the adjacent horizontal line exactly.

(iii) Table Act

That is, select the text that needs to be underlined, from the menu, "form → convert → text to table," convert it to a table n rows 1 columns, and then remove the top and two side edges (set to No borders). The display is quite good and the operation is not complicated. The only disadvantage is that after the conversion to the table, the table width may be slightly more than the publication of the heart range, need to manually adjust.

(iv) Text border method

Select the part of the text, perform "format → border and shading" from the menu, select Custom on the Borders tab, set the width of the horizontal line (that is, the thickness), press the middle and bottom horizontal buttons (Figure 2) to determine.

In all methods, you can choose one of them according to their own habits, I personally prefer the text border method, the best display, the operation is not very complicated.
