The beginning or the end of each academic year, teachers need to produce a large number of teaching plans, title papers and other instructional documents, how to more beautiful and solemn, the author introduces you a simple way through the header and footer to beautify the document.
First, set the header
(i) Insert WordArt
In order to be clear, I recommend inserting a text box or WordArt in the header to indicate the contents of the document, such as "Chinese teaching plan for senior High School in 09"
First, as shown in Figure 1.1, the header and footer options for the View menu are open, and the shortcut keys are alt+v and H.

Inserting WordArt is simple and quick, select the "Insert" picture "WordArt" option on the menu bar to enter, then select the WordArt (Figure 1.2) and edit the text design font and font size (Figure 1.3), and then adjust the placement and size of the WordArt to fit the layout as required.

(ii) Insert background
You insert a background picture in the same way you insert WordArt, but there are a few places to emphasize.
One is a simple cut of the picture, for example, first insert Win7 with sample Pictures "Penguin", if it is other systems can also choose a picture. (as shown in Figure 1.4)

Then click the picture, the cropped icon, pull the cursor can be cropped, as the author according to the required, only to retain the upper blue sky, and then cut the above figure to the situation shown in Figure 1.5. and adjust the layout of the whole layout by adjusting the upper and lower margins on the left side of the screen with the left and right indents and their properties menu.

It is generally recommended that you first set up a background picture, such as a background picture later, the picture will automatically cover other content, then you can select the picture, right-click, select the stacking order, select "Put on the bottom" or "lined with text", you can double-click the file picture, in the "Properties" of the "format" to choose ( As shown in Figure 1.6).
