Improve apache2 Program

Because various php source codes have different requirements on the php environment, this step is not necessary. It mainly depends on the requirements of your php source code. I am using hbcms, the environment requirements a little, is to have a zendoptimizer-3.3.3-Linux-glibc23-i386 program, here I have done a good job. The main reason is: 1. Although the system can access the Internet, it is not convenient to access things in command line mode. Therefore, you cannot directly download the zendoptimizer file from the Internet. 2. When installing the system, the Ubuntu source in China is unavailable (or very slow) and cannot be installed through the software library.
