First Open

Then enter cd.android in the command line.

In the input keytool-list-keystore debug.keystore carriage return

It will then be shown that you entered the KeyStore password:

This is when you enter the Android carriage return and the SHA1 is displayed.

If the above method does not use the description of your Debug.keystore file is not placed in the C:\Users\Administrator\.android folder, please see if your Administrator has changed.
