• Bridging mode

bridging mode, virtual host Vmware virtual operating system is equivalent to a local area network of a separate machine, can access any machine in the local area. • NAT Mode

Nat mode is to allow the virtual system to use NAT ( network address translation ) function, the host machine is located in the network to access the public network. In other words, the use of NAT mode enables access to the Internet in virtual systems. the TCP/IP configuration information for a virtual system in NAT mode is provided by the DHCP server for the VMnet8 (NAT) virtual network (which requires the service to be enabled). The virtual system communicates via a host's virtual network card. The biggest advantage of using NAT mode is that virtual system access to the Internet is very simple, does not occupy the router's IP to save resources, only the host machine can access the Internet.

If you want to use VMWare installs a new virtual system that allows direct access to the Internet without any manual configuration in the virtual system, and it is recommended that you use NAT mode.
