Log on to VMware through vmware Infrastructure Web Access:

Select bridge to create the first Nic of the VM and then click next To go to the optical drive configuration page.

You can choose to use a local optical drive or image file. To ensure installation speed, we recommend that you select an image file. I chose a virtual optical drive, which makes it easier to replace the software and install the CD.

Click "NEXT" to go to the "soft drive settings" page.

Because there are very few Floppy drives available, select Don't Add a Floppy Drive and choose NEXT to go To the USB settings page.
