3, open VS2008 your project, right click References,add reference,browse Browse to the directory you just unzipped, into the compactframework directory below, Select System.data.sqlite.dll,ok.  Be sure to choose this, or your project for Windows Mobile form engineering, will certainly compile an error. We found a file called Sqlite.interop.066.dll in this directory, what is this for? This is the library file used on the Windows Mobile platform, or the program will not run on the machine, so copy this file to the project run directory on your machine.
