Waveform audio recording and playback using multi-media library

The structure and process of the recording class are similar to those of the playing class, and it is simpler than the playing class. It only adds a callback (event), so I am too lazy to introduce it again, for more information about function usage, see msdn. I only provide the source code and test sample.

PS: crecorder and cplayer are pure C encapsulation I wrote for calling in C #, because I don't know how to call C ++ classes in. net.
