WEB API Brief Processing flow

3, Route dispatcher (get Route data from route, match Ihttproute, distribute route)

4, Controller dispatcher (use routing data, select Controller and instantiate)

5, base class controller processor (Apicontroller, authorization filter, parameter binding, action filter)

6, Controller processor (process Httprequestmessage, return Ihttpactionresult or Iactionresult)

7, the system is converted to Httpresponsemessage return
