I am confused. What is the difference between a development method like a Linux market and a "software Workshop?

Software engineering methods are now quite mature and highly industrialized in many countries and regions. obviously, a developed method should be like this. There should be a division of labor for everything, rather than doing anything by yourself.

Step 4: Linux is free and open-source. It is really good. How many of us can contribute their own code to Linux, or is it at least a round of applause or applause for the benefits you get from the open-source community?

In fact, this is not the main thing. More importantly, there must be motivation and support for sustained development of everything! Open-source communities often publish their own software and code. Many programmers simply rely on their own enthusiasm and have no reward or encouragement.

This is very serious! Microsoft often fails to dig corners. Why? We should not blame those who depend on Microsoft, because he can't do it either. He just wants to support his family. Programmers are very hard and often have to work all night long. The 35-year-old is almost useless. He can only retire, or change his career.

Our community is often incapable of offering rewards to programmers who are quietly offering, and even some foundations cannot find people who are willing to help, because our principle is free!

However, the development without support is very difficult to carry out for a long time, and the beginning of the free software is not much vigorous, but it ends silently.

The same is true for Linux. With WWW and enthusiastic programmers all over the world, it is incredible to be able to achieve today's heights and achievements.

But will this continue? I don't know. I can't see the end or hope. In the short term, free and open source can promote the distribution and popularization of software, but it is very difficult to upgrade and build new software because it is not supported. Software development is not a simple code. What really consumes is testing and troubleshooting. After many software are written, they are useless, and errors are too serious. The larger the software, the higher the complexity index.

Many people support Linux and hate Windows. I don't understand why. Many people call it free and open-source. I want to ask, friend, have you paid for Windows? Here is a piece of program. Do you understand it?

I am very supportive of Microsoft's efforts to protect its own code! Is there anything wrong with the code that protects itself from painstaking efforts? Is it necessary for Microsoft to show its family to people and then be trampled to death?
