To change the system language, you must update the Language Pack.
Use Windows Update to download and install the Spanish Language Pack and change the system Display language to Spanish. First, make sure that your computer can connect to the Internet. Click start. In all program of the Start Menu, click Windows Update. Click optional updates are available. Find the patch in the displayed patch list. Spanish (Spain, International sort) [es-es], check and select, and then click OK in the lower right corner. Click Install Updates to download and install the Spanish Language Pack. After the Spanish Language Pack is installed, click Start and click Control Panel to open the control panel. Click region and language in the control panel. Under the choose a display language option under the keyboard and language tab, select Spanish and click OK. Then, the system prompts you to log out. Click Log off now. Log on again and you can see that the system has changed to Chinese.
