In the IE 9 browser environment, you cannot enter the online banking logon password when logging on to some online banks. Here we have summarized several common solutions to share with you:
The security input control/add-on is not installed. If a prompt is displayed on the webpage, you must install the security control/add-on. Please allow and install it.
The website is not added to a trusted site. To solve this problem, you only need to add the website of the current online bank to the trusted list. Click the tool button and select "Internet Options ";
Open the "security" tab, select "trusted sites", and click "sites ";
In the "Add this website to region" text box, enter the bank website, and then click "add.
Return to the Internet Options window and click OK to save the settings.
Refresh the page and test it.
If the webpage is not completely displayed, when IE9 detects incompatibility with a site, the "compatibility view" button will appear on the right of the address bar. Click the button directly.
Generally, after clicking the Compatibility View button, the site will be automatically saved to the compatibility list. The next time you log on to this page, IE will automatically enable the Compatibility View.
If the problem persists after performing the preceding operations, you can disable ActiveX filtering of IE9 and enable the online banking add-on. The setting method is the same as that in the article "IE9 cannot open Flash solution.
