Workaround: Just modify the file properties. phpMyAdmin to run under 755 permissions

Terminal running sudo chmod-r 755/opt/lampp/phpmyadmin #/opt/lampp/phpmyadmin for your installation path

To remove all files from the group and other users of the Write permissions, the permissions to 755 after all normal.
