CLOCK_SYSTOHC = "no"
The value of CLOCK_SYSTOHC must be yes. Otherwise, the system time will not be updated during shutdown.
Note: When upgrading the system, pay attention to the file/etc/conf. d/clock should not be overwritten. CLOCK = "local" is usually set in it. If it is overwritten, it will become UTC, so it will appear different from windows Time.
