Try to ping this domain name without www. But you can point it out normally. Please tell me what's going on??

Did you see the local Hosts file?
www belongs to the subdomain, you need to understand this concept
Www.xxx.com and abc.xxx.com the same nature, all to be added in DNS, do not add is not resolved
