At that time, there were only a few talent websites throughout the country, which have been developing so far, for a long time, only a few giants, such as the China Talent Network, the carefree future (enterprise database Forum), and the China Talent Network, have persisted and achieved development.

After 10 years of development, what kind of development has the talent website reached? Huang Luzhen believes: "This is a newly started sunrise industry ."

He said that there were as many as 28 newspapers in Shenzhen, but now there are only two or three newspapers. With the decline of traditional recruitment methods and people's acceptance of the Internet, the talent network has ushered in a new period of development, with a promising future.

He believes that in the next 10 years, the traditional recruitment method will definitely leave the stage of history.
