The task bar is missing is the end of the Explorer.exe process, so only need to restart the Explorer.exe process OK, the Restart method is as follows:

W1-If you can open Windows Explorer, directly locate the program location C:\Windows\explorer.exe, double-click Run

W2-If you can open Task Manager, create a new task: file--run a new task C:\Windows\explorer.exe
