WIN10 Update error 800706d9 How to solve?

The method is as follows:

1, at the Start button right click, select "Computer Management"

2, in the left column to find services and applications → services, as shown in the following figure ①--

3, in the right service to find the Internet Connection sharing, double-click Open (as above ②), in the "Startup Type" select "Automatic" and start the service, click OK, the following figure--

4. Locate Windows Firewall, double-click Open, select Automatic in Startup Type, and start the service, click OK, as shown below-

5, try to update the download and install again
