Win7 can access the Internet, but cannot ping any address. Solution

1. Windows 7 has a strong fire prevention problem. We can just close this problem. The specific steps are as follows: Open the desktop "computer"-find the "open control panel" in the computer interface on the navigation bar"

 

 

2. Go to the control panel and find "Windows Firewall". Double-click to open it.

 

3. Disable the Windows Firewall.

 

If you do not want to disable Windows Firewall, click Advanced Settings on the left side of the Windows Firewall interface, and then click "inbound rules" in the pop-up dialog box, as shown in the figure below, double-click

 

In the displayed window, click the "scope" tab and set the remote IP address to any IP address.
