1. In the windows7 we first go to the control Panel, specifically: "Start"-"Control Panel" as shown in the picture.
2. Then we find the "Network and Sharing Center" click to enter, as shown in the figure below.
3. Then we find "set a new connection or network" in the Open interface, as shown in the following figure.
4. Then there will be a "connect to the Internet" in this page and we'll go into the next step as shown in the figure.
5. Then in the figure below find "broadband (PPPoE) (R)" Click PPPoE (in fact, just like XP).
6. Then we will need to enter the ISP account and password, (this is our open broadband when the account information) fill out and then click "Connect."
7. As shown in the following figure, if we see "connection is already available" then we click on "Connect Now" as shown in the figure.
Connect Uptown and you can surf the Internet. Oh, go ahead and try it.
