Win8 set up automatic digital keypad method:

Press Win+r key, enter regedit, and then find Hkey_users-default-controlpanel-keyboard

Change the key value of the initialkeyboardindicators on its right to "2"

Quit Registry Editor, restart your computer, and you will notice that the digital keypad is no longer extinguished.
