WIN8 program icon cannot lock to taskbar what to do

The method is as follows:

1, press Win+r key, open run, input gpedit.msc, enter, enter the local Group Policy editor;

2, expand to User Configuration--management module--Start menu and taskbar, on the right to find and double-click to open "Do not allow the program attachment to the taskbar", modified to "Not Configured" or "Disabled", click OK;

3, open the operation, input regedit, enter, enter Registry Editor;

4, expand to Hkey_classes_rootlnkfile, to see if there is a Isshortcut string value on the right, if there is a direct restart of the computer, there is no new one named "Isshortcut" string value;

5, after the setup is complete, you can lock the program icon into the taskbar.
