1 Install Web server IIS

1-1. Click "Start"->"Management tool"->"Server Manager" and start Server Manager.

1-2. After clicking on the "role" in the left-hand column, click append "Add Role".

1-3. After starting the Add Role Wizard, click Next.

1-4. After checking the "web server (IIS), click Next.

1-5. Click "Next".

1-6. To run PHP this time, after selecting the following 3, click Next.

• Cgi
• ISAPI extension
• ISAPI Filters

1-7. After confirming the installation content, click "Install".

1-8. The progress page for installing Web server IIS is shown below.

1-9. After confirming the successful installation, click "Close".

1-10. After the installation is complete IIS7, Access "http://localhost/" Verify that IIS is functioning properly. The following page is displayed, indicating that the IIS7 is in the normal running state. The default root directory for IIS is "c:\inetpub\wwwroot", which allows you to store HTML files in the directory to verify the operation of IIS.

2 Confirm the configuration of the firewall

Windows Firewall has a configuration that prohibits external PCs from accessing the local HTTP service, in case you are sure that HTTP access is allowed on the firewall.

2-1. Click "Start"->"Administrative Tools"->"Advanced Security Windows Firewall".

2-2. After starting the Advanced Security Windows firewall, click on the "Inbound rules" in the left-hand column.

2-3. Verify that the operation of the World Wide Web service (HTTP inflow) is enabled in the "Yes" state.

Aliyun Server Windwos Server2008 Firewall default setting is to allow HTTP access. In Amazon EC2, you need to append HTTP in the security group's allowed connections.
