these days the lab is old often automatic power off, this is a very painful thing, this is not the last power outage on the accident. After the call is turned on, clicking the program on the taskbar all appears to be unable to open this item, the item has been moved, deleted. The reason is that the icon cache is missing, possibly caused by a sudden power outage, or it may be caused by a bat file that is downloaded from the web to clean up garbage.
Workaround:
1.
Step1: Boot to Safe mode by pressing F8.
Step2: Open the drive letter where Windows Vista is located, use the search to find the iconcache.db file and delete it.
Step3: Reboot to normal mode, the desktop icon will return to normal!
If the search does not find the cache file iconcache.db, try to find the following location manually: \users\username\appdata\local of the disk in the Vista system
2.
Use the Rebuild Icon cache tool, such as Optimization master.
3.
Run regedit, enter Hkey_classes_root\lnkfile, delete the Isshortcut key, and restart.
