I am a new Linux user. I installed Redhat in a extended partition through the virtual machine VMware method. after the installation, the virtual machine restarts and can be started successfully in the virtual machine. after the installation, I thought it was ready, as a result, after I restart my computer, I have a system option, select Linux to start, and the following message is displayed:

I have reinstalled it several times, tried not to install the boot in MBR, and configured it to XP boot with grub. ini startup, where menu. lst is obtained from the installed directory, and the startup result is also a report error. then I reload the boot to the MBR mode, which is also the above error. Check it online and change LABEL =/in menu. lst configuration to/root under the drive letter. I have no choice.
