1. Big picture Small or paper Big Edition small

Balance margins, picture in

If you want to print a map that is intercepted from a Web page, sending it directly to the printer may have extra blanks that are ugly and can be copied and implanted into a WPS (or word) blank layout. When you find the layout is not appropriate, and drag the picture can not be placed in the middle. This is because the default picture uses the "embedded" layout, to achieve center, you can view the picture as a "word" to handle, select the picture in the page, and then click the Paragraph Center button on the Start tab, the picture will be arranged in the middle of the horizontal. But to center the picture vertically, you can only do so by adding a carriage return before the picture.

In addition, you can resolve the problem by changing the embedded layout to text wrapping. Right-click the picture, select Other Layout options, select text wrapping in the pop-up Layout window, choose up and down and OK. Small tips:

Enlarge picture, balance space

Another way to handle a picture that is too small in a layout is to enlarge the picture. Sometimes we inserted in the layout of the small picture to print a lot of copies, and the picture is not required to use A4 or a certain size of the paper printing, only to reflect the original picture. At this point, you can try a version of multiple graphics printing. For example, to print a small picture with a color printer, you can use this method. First insert a photo, and then use the method described above to set the photo layout to text wrapping → up and down. 2. Figure large version small or big paper small

Shrink the picture, match the layout

If you find the inserted picture hyper-publishing heart, try narrowing the picture to match the version, and then print the preview. If you find that the reduced picture is clearly displayed by 100% preview, the smaller effect on the printing effect is less. Rearrange the cloth, press the paper design

The default layout is portrait layout, but if you insert a picture that is horizontal and outside the layout, you can set the paper layout to landscape by using page layout → paper orientation, and then resize the picture. Split picture, flatten layout

If you find that the picture is too large, but the elements are not visible when previewing or printing (such as printing a larger map on A4 paper), then you can't print the picture by shrinking it.
