Merge cell methods one:

Step One: Select the multiple cells that we want to merge, and then switch to the table Tools-> Layout tab and click Merge cells in the merge group.

Step two: At this point, you'll see that the multiple cells we selected have been merged into one.

Merge cell Methods Two:

Step One: First select the cells you want to merge (we'll select the first row of cells here)

Step Two: Select the Layout tab

Step Three: Click the merged cells on the Layout tab

Step four: The selected cells have been merged
