WPS 2007 double-sided Printing tips: Skillfully set the binding line

With the popularity of home computers more and more high, ordinary inkjet printers have entered tens of thousands of households, due to the low price of ordinary inkjet printers, its function is relatively small, compared with the high-end Aurora printer, the typical is not the automatic duplex printing function. But, home use, single-sided not only a little waste of paper. Is there a way to set up, so that ordinary inkjet can be double-sided printing it?

It is due to the lack of automatic duplex printing function of ordinary inkjet printer, most people covet the convenience, a page of neat paper, only use one side, and the other on the waste of reason, and people around this waste has long been ignored, which is contrary to the State Council advocated the spirit of building a conservation-minded society.

Although ordinary inkjet printer does not have automatic duplex printing function, and WPS provides us with manual double-sided printing auxiliary function, manual double-sided printing purpose is to maximize the savings of paper and improve its utilization. In WPS, when manually printed on both sides of the binding line, has become a not "problem" problem, in order to facilitate binding, odd-numbered pages of the bookbinding generally required on the left side of the page, and even the binding line of the page is required on the right side of the page, and in the WPS page Setup, Its gutter default setting can only be on the left or top side of the page (Figure 01), this for the two-sided printing of even-page binding line settings caused great inconvenience, double-sided printing can only be used to increase the margin of the page to solve the problem, although saving the paper, but lost the page "harmonious" beauty.

When we finish editing the document in WPS2007, the key issue with double-sided printing is the binding line. Click "File-page settings", in the Open "Page Setup" window is the first to set the margin of the page (paper is generally the default), followed by the setting of a good binding line and its position (generally are left , then click the Layout tab, and in the header and footer below, select odd and even pages (Figure 02), at this time our document page has obvious changes, odd pages will automatically spare the left side of the binding line we set, and even the right side of the page will automatically free out of our set binding line (Figure 03).

After finishing the binding line, it is printed, you can not click the "Print" button in the toolbar, but click "File-print" in turn, in the Open "Print" window, first of all, to select "Manual Duplex Printing" (Figure 04).

Second, click the "Options" in the lower-left corner, and note that the "even descending" (Figure 05) should be checked in the Open Options window.

Click OK to close the Options window, and then click OK in the Print window to print. A prompt also pops up, "Please remove the piece of paper that has been punched in the tray and put it in the paper tray, and then press the ' OK ' to continue printing ' window (Figure 06), ignoring the prompt window, After we take out the printed document, put it directly into the back of the paper, and then click the Prompt window "OK" will automatically print odd pages. First take the advantage of "even descending" printing is not necessary to adjust the paper order, after printing the paper can automatically according to the order of low to high, this operation although a bit cumbersome, but we click on the mouse, saving is precious energy Ah!

Second, WPS2007 also enhanced and play the function, in addition to setting the number of printed on a page, you can adjust the order between the editions and draw the print separator line.
