You cannot upload rar files or zip other non-image files without components.

I encountered this problem when I used a component-less File Upload yesterday:
There is no problem with uploading image files. Uploading rar, zip, wmv, and other non-image files will result in an error.
The server is window2003.

At first, I thought there was no component problem, so I had the same error (IIS prompt error: unable to operate) for a few non-component users, and then I switched to a window2003 machine, I tried it and encountered an error. I think this is not a component-free problem.

So I opened google and finally found the reason.
The reason is: window2003 limits the size of the uploaded file. The maximum size is 200 kb.
After finding the cause, I tried to upload an image larger than kb, and the same error also occurred.
