.NET四種注釋規範

   不要小瞧注釋，因為自己寫的Code在很長時間後在修改時，可能連自己都記不得了，還有在其他人接手自己的Case的時候，也會造成閱讀困難；
   .NET提供四種注釋
   一：類注釋-在類的開始部分注釋
     /*
     * 類說明
     *
     *
     */
   public class City
   {}
   二：類屬性注釋-在類的屬性前注釋
   //屬性說明
   public string City_Name
     {
         get { return this._city_name; }
         set { this._city_name = value; }
     }
   三：類方法注釋-在類的方法聲明前注釋
   /// <summary>
   /// 方法說明
   /// </summary>
   public void Insert()
   {}
   四：代碼間注釋-在代碼之間注釋
        try
            {
                //<說明>
                ListViewItem lvi = Getlvi(car);
                this.lvCar.Items.Add(lvi);
            }
            catch (MessageException ex)
            {
                MessageBox.Show(ex.Message);
            }
