2.統計數字字串中數位出現頻率，輸入字串最多有255個，字串中只有數字字元，沒有其它字元。統計其中出現次數最多的字元，當出現次數相當時，則輸出較小的字元。輸出格式為：字元+，+次數。例如4124444,3
