從Move-To-Front encoding的一個常用問題：把一個元素放到最前面

在MTF的encoding中，主要就是把要encode的string和symbol table比較，將對應的index儲存並把相同的值放到symbol table的最前頭。

eg: string = caaabaa...

       symbol table = 0123abcd...

則要得到：c0123abd...

所以主要問題就是把中間一段和c交換位置。

方法一：2次迴圈，第一次，在symbol table一個一個比較，找到string這個元素在ST中的ind。第2次，把ST中找到的相同元素一個一個的和前一個交換，知道它換到最前面。

方法二：msi的做法：只用一次迴圈，自己畫了個step by step才想到。好厲害的for loop寫法和temp var的運用。tmpout好機智。
